Epic-ness.

Life has been. pretty epic.
Amongst all the business, I realised I never did stop, look back and reflect on the past few months.
Only when Marilyn commented that day "Woah, its amazing how far you've gone, for a person who was on the verge of transferring out" (something..along those lines)

Recap, shall we?
January-O level results. Went for AC Netball trials. Much exertion caused the knee to practically fall apart. Med Meniscus tear, couldnt walk for a whole week, crutches for 2 weeks. Visited the specialist, took an X ray and MRI(God knows how much radiation there is in my system now) and hoped for the best. Things weren't good at all. It was a tough time, with scans showing me needed an op to fix the knee. Plus, rejection from AC after a week of waiting , after much false hope given.

However I looking back, I mustmustmust thank God.
jeremiah 29:11 says "For i know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future"

I thank God for healing the knee.
"The meniscus cannot heal as little blood flows to the area" so says the doc, but i proved her wrong. OKAY, so maybe my knee still acts up once in a while. I run half the speed i used to, lost a whole lot of jump height, agility, strength. I am unfit. I'll be the first of everyone to get arthritis when im older. BUT, considering the fact that i can do practically everything i could before the injury, I thank God.

I thank God for 33rd and 34th<3
Coming from a person who was desperately wanting a transfer out of the school , I think I've gone a longgggg way. Never in my wildest dreams did i think three months down the road, I would be in SA, let alone, REPRESENT SA. I guess it was not by chance he put 4 SCGS girls in my OG, then 2 others in my class, then 4 OG mates in council with me. (yes, I counted:)) Not forgetting, my p1-2 best friend, and my p3-4 best friend are with me in SA. hahah:) Though it was a big culture change in the beginning, he made me feel so at home from the beginning. Along the way i also began to accept and embrace the family-like warmth in SA. <3 For putting me in SA, i do not regret, and I thank God.

Winning PW fest with Ari, Natassia and fion, added that extra cherry on top of everything sweet:)

Merely the beginning, yet so unpredictable, nerve wreking, stressful and at times, mind blowing.

God, lead the way wont you?
Reign in me, reign in your power,
Over all my dreams,
in my darkest hour.
You are the Lord of all I am.
So wont you reign in me again.
