9++years ago on my first day of school, I was excited to put on my uniform, do my homework, take the school bus and make friends.
9++ years later, Im glad, to a large extent, i still feel the same way about it all. :)

Amath today was good.
For once i could finish my paper and do a thorough check through:)

The afternoon is making me real sleepy cause its comfortably warm and my stomach is real contented after drinking some freshly squeezed chilled orange juice.
Then again, i shall not sleep.
Its nerve wrecking cause too often a time its during afternoon naps, that my body freezes like cold stone, leaving only my eyes open and my mind conscious.
I often watch the clock tick by the minute. My body doesnt want to move, screaming internally does no help cause my voice cant be heard.
In the end, much time is just wasted as i wait for body to "wake up"

It must have been really tired.
Its scary.Then again, i've grown quite used to the feeling. It only happens in the afternoons so thank God.

today was one longg crazy day.

I remember growing up watching the "Sheng siong supermarket " variety show.
I loved watching the little boys and girls sing chinese karaoke while prancing around the stage in florescent multi coloured clothing. It was exciting. to laugh at. heh.
Then there was the lucky draw section where the selected people got to open golden boxes or beat the golden fortune trees to earn prize money.

I don't watch it anymore.

But ANYWAY, today i just decided randomly turn the tv on and the show was airing! Live.

It was U-kiss(korean band) performing their song!

I was dumbfounded.
Not cause U-kiss was in singapore or i like the band or anything but cause they agreed to perform for
a supermarket show.

The supermarket chain has also launched a variety programme on Channel 8. Because a group called the 'U-Kiss' appeared on that show, 'Sheng Siong became the top trending topic in Twitter, winning World Cup at one point in time...

Come on, they deserve better than that coming all the way from korea! The wondergirls got to perform at marina bay sands while they degraded themselves performing on the same stage i used to watch mediocre karaoke sing-a-long sessions and desperate people hitting trees for money.

Maybe, times have changed and sheng siong is uprading its image of its decade old variety show. In that case, they should start from upgrading their adverts:

*Employees pat their hand on shoulder and points to viewers* ~sings "Sheng siong quan shi wei le niiiiiii!"
